This is a statement that I am seeing thrown around a lot at the moment but the reality is that we are far from it.

 

Whilst the majority of lenders have imposed heavy restrictions or even stopped funding entirely…

The specialist lending arena is still at the forefront of alternative options

 

A number of forward thinking lenders are starting to emerge allowing desk top valuations albeit with some caveats.

 

Alternatively we also have lenders who will fully underwrite an application to produce a formal offer subject to valuation so you can hit the ground running and be at the front of the queue as soon as restrictions are lifted and valuers can visit the properties

  • 65% – 70% LTV on specialist property
  • Bridging lenders who will consider up to 70% LTV
  • Refurbishment finance
  • Desktop and Automated valuations available
  • Developer Exit
